Shipping/Returns/Refunds and Privacy Policy
A flat rate UK shipping cost is charged for all UK Wig orders and reflects the cost of postage and packaging. Orders outside UK, will be billed separately.
All orders are despatched using Royal Mail Services, 1 working day after wig has been processed. We bear no responsibility for loss or damage whilst in transit. You will receive updates from us from the receipt of your order, through the processing stage to delivery.
We offer an optional Guaranteed Next day delivery via Royal Mail. We also will bear no cost for loss or damage while in transit a separate charge exists for Lashes and Accessories. Please ensure that you make the appropriate postage cost selection.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront – Orders will not be processed unless payment is received. There may be circumstances where clients may wish to make interest free instalment payments minimum order value £200.00, please contact us to discuss this.
Refund/Exchange
Sales are final refund is not available due to the exclusivity and personalisation of custom units. For our wig revamps, we will only offer a refund where no work has been carried out nor products purchased for work to be done. in the event of this, deduction of £20 will be made to cover cost of return postage. Non custom units may be exchanged so long as it has been unworn and returned in the original packaging.within 7 working days following receipt of their order and subject to availability of new option required.
Replacements
We are confident in the quality of our product and the key to WIG longevity is good wig care and maintenance. However should you believe that you have received an item not up to the standard that we pride ourselves on, we would love to hear from you. So please do contact us if you receive any defective product and we will look into resolving this or issue an exchange so long as you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
